Very early on in her yoga practice Victoria discovered the transformative nature of yoga, bringing a sense of balance and groundedness amidst a busy London life. With over 320 hours of instruction, Victoria leads by example, holding a space with warmth and care and aiming to provide her students, both beginners and advanced, with tools like learning yoga poses mindfully and safely. Victoria encourages her students to explore the richness and diversity of the yoga tradition 'to challenge themselves physically, mentally and spiritually', while maintaining a sense of fun and enthusiasm in their practice. With Victoria wearing many hats, she recognises that a room full of students have different needs. Some, for example, just want a fun sequence, less talk and more space to feel, move and breath. Others want to be more challenged. Whatever your intentions, you will respond to Victoria's teaching and leave feeling revitalised, energised and uplifted. Everyone is welcome.


Victoria is a YogaCampus alumni (Pass with Distinction), loves what she does and transfers that feeling to her students. With an experienced mentor, she possesses a true sense of dedication and integrity to be truly great at what she practices. In addition to private clients, Victoria teaches group classes various studios and gyms in London some of which include the Life Centre and Fybre Fitness (Clapham Junction) and Urban Soul (Notting Hill).

How I can help:

I aim for people to leave my yoga classes with added clarity about what they are doing and why with the hope of inspiring them to start a regular home practice because they understand the benefit to their daily life. Through a regular yoga practice one can start to understand their own body and thought patterns, leading to inner happiness.   

Yoga isn't simply physical exercise, it's actually an ancient method and therapy for anyone seeking peace within. I hope to spread my love of yoga with others because the benefits are endless and the world needs it more than ever.

Tips before the call:

You will have to fill out a pre-session form in order to make the best of the call and to ensure I can tailor the sessions to your needs in the best way and safest way possible. 


'Your teaching is strong and your passion is contagious. You really care about the studentâs experience and learning. You have excellent communication skills and you are confident and capable. It was a pleasure to watch you teach.  You taught with karma as each posture prepared for the next and your sequences were well put together. There was some excellent arm and shoulder work which emphasised the original theme and the constant breath awareness in your instructions helped the students to feel more meditatived.  The way you communicated helped the students to practise with compassion and with a non- goal-oriented outlook'
