Liz's interest in food began at an early age. Her mother is an outstanding cook and vegetarian who would often explore different food cultures through varied recipes and ingredients. And so the seed was planted. Liz worked in restaurants throughout university and deepened her understanding of what makes food taste good and the importance of using quality ingredients, sourcing from local farms as often as possible. Now, as a mother of two and an expat living far from home, her passion for cooking clean, plant-based meals has grown as has her desire to connect with others and share practical tips and tools on how to incorporate healthy food into everyday life. Whether you are a dipping your toes into the world of plant-based eating or looking to expand your repertoire of healthy recipes, cooking for yourself, your family or hosting friends for a special meal, Liz will work with you to make a plan that feels right for you.
Liz works with individuals and families to integrate more healthy meals and meal plans that can be achieved based on their time, tastes, resources and interests. She teaches plant-based cooking classes and works with clients to improve their health and well-being through their food choices.
