Let’s face it, the transition from employee to manager can be tough, you are suddenly not only expected to be technically strong in your role, but also able to manage the development and wellbeing of others. This requires a completely different set of skills, that we shouldn’t assume comes naturally to everyone.
People managers have such a great impact on the culture, happiness and commercial success of a business. Why are we leaving them to figure out how to do it all by themselves?
That’s where I come in. I offer professional development services to help give people managers the confidence and skills needed to thrive in their role.

I’ve been there.
I’m an experienced corporate manager and senior leader, who really understands the highs and lows that come with the responsibility of leading, developing and looking out for the wellbeing of a team. People management was my absolute passion.
That may sound obvious, but this industry isn’t yet regulated. It’s important to me that I do this properly, so I formalised the coaching skills I’ve used for years as a manager by completing an ICF accredited Personal Performance Coaching Diploma (with distinction!). I’m also a trained Strengthscope® practitioner, have an Award in Education and Training, and I’m always working to be the best I can be.
I love what I do!
After all, I chose to change careers because I feel so strongly about supporting people’s professional development. Nothing makes me happier than hearing back from managers that I’ve helped along the way.
I transitioned from graduate, to manager of one, to manager of two, to manager of a small team, to manager of a large business unit, and finally progressing up to be part of a senior leadership team. I loved my job but as I started to take on more people management responsibility, I realised that it was my passion and my biggest strength, and I preferred it to the “day job”. Having had that light bulb moment, I decided to refocus, left that world with a leap of faith, trained as a professional coach, and haven’t looked back since!

What to expect:
I use a structured approach with flexibility built in to meet individual needs and I provide a supportive, motivating and encouraging environment. Rest assured, there is complete confidentiality with non-judgemental questioning.
