Charlotte's love of movement has been lifelong; dancing from the age of 3, gymnastics from 10 and then becoming a fitness instrutor. She first found her practice in yoga 10 years ago to balance out the yang of a busy modelling career including lots of HIIT, running and high octane fitness shoots. She fell in love with the movement element of the practice but quickly discovered there was a softer, deeper and more mindful side to this discipline which would soon transform the way she moved, worked and eventually led her life. She believes balance between yin and yang both on and off the mat is the key to a happy, healthy body and mind. Take your first steps in movement or learn to perfect and progress through strength building and breath control.
With over ten years industry experience as a PT, fitness and wellness coach, her take on how you can integrate this ancient practice into your life will leave you feeling balanced and calm. Charlotte's experience spans across premiere studios across London, including Another Space (Covent Garden), Oncore (Clapham) and Adidas Fitness Studio (Brick Lane).
